A considered approach
to your profile.

For carefully selected patients, dermal filler may be considered to refine certain nasal contours. This treatment begins with a detailed assessment of anatomy, expectations and risk.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses filler to alter the appearance of selected contours of the nose. It adds volume; it cannot physically reduce the size of the nose or correct a breathing problem.

  • Discussing selected contour irregularities
  • Considering profile proportions
  • Understanding non-surgical limitations
  • Deciding whether treatment is appropriate

A plan built
around you.

Jenny’s first task is to determine whether this is an appropriate option at all. Your previous treatment or surgery, skin, anatomy and goals all matter. An honest recommendation may be to leave the area untreated or seek a surgical opinion.

Your consultation.

Bring details of previous nasal surgery, injuries and injectable treatments. Jenny will explain what may be achievable, what filler cannot change and how the specific risks of treatment affect the recommendation. There is no expectation that a consultation must lead to treatment.

Time to settle.

Swelling and bruising can affect the early appearance. Your aftercare plan should include clear guidance on what to expect and how to seek help for a concern. Follow the instructions provided for your individual treatment.

A little clarity

Your questions,
considered.

Can filler make my nose smaller?

Filler adds volume. It may change the appearance of selected contours, but it does not remove tissue or physically reduce the nose.

Is it suitable after previous nasal surgery?

Previous surgery or injury can change the assessment. Provide a full history and do not assume that a non-surgical option will be suitable.

Are there important risks?

Nasal filler requires particular caution. Rare vascular complications can cause tissue damage, vision loss or stroke. Suitability and informed consent are central to the consultation.

How do I know whether surgery would be better?

Explain the change you are seeking. Jenny can discuss the limits of an injectable approach and whether a surgical consultation may be more appropriate.

Treatment suitability, benefits, risks and alternatives are discussed during consultation. Individual results vary. Contact the clinic for personalised advice.
